The taste is full, harmonious, with an expressed body and a long aftertaste. Ideally served at a temperature of 8 to 12 degrees Celsius. An impeccable partner to these wines would be fresh salad, fish, white meats, pasta, a portion of soft cheeses and dried fruits .
