Tikves Barovo White

The unique clash of the Mediterranean and Continental climate, volcanic soil and an altitude of 700m at the Barovo vineyards, are catalysts for the creation of this refined terroir wine. Sauvignon Blanc  with pronounced stone fruit aromas and crisp acidity that develop into aromas of honey and truffles over the years. Full bodied wine with golden-yellow color and flavors of peach, pear, mango, white flower and acacia.

Best enjoyed with tuna, prosciutto or veal at 10-12°C.
